A Family of Workers
Our Family has been farming this land for five generations now. We grow an assortment of fruits and vegetables, as well as raising rabbits and poultry. Our farming practices are sustainable, and we take great pride in providing our community with fresh produce. So come meet the family:
Vicki Casteel Jackson
Farmer
Vicki Jackson is the daughter of Sherman and Bernice Casteel. Vicki grew up on the farm, which she now owns and operates. She is a "jill of all trades" and enjoys doing DIY projects as well as spoiling her grandchildren. Vicki is a kind and generous person who always has time for her family and friends.
Teddy Jackson
"Santa"
Teddy Jackson is a man of many talents. He grew up on a hog farm in Coalfield, TN, and learned the value of hard work at an early age. These days, Teddy is happiest when he's starting new projects - he loves the challenge of learning something new.
During the holidays, Teddy enjoys portraying Santa for his local community. He takes great pride in bringing joy to children and their families during what can be a difficult time. It's one of Teddy's favorite things to do.

Steph Seibert
Veggie Expert and Marketing
Steph Seibert is the daughter of Teddy and Vicki, a fifth-generation farmer on the farm. Steph left her career in marketing to join the family farm full-time in 2022. Today, she grows vegetables using sustainable methods. Steph is happily married to her husband, Chris, and they are the parents of three children. Steph is an expert on all things veggie-related, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
