Grown right here on our farm, using home-mixed soil, compost, and rabbit manure each unit is a flat of 3. These beauties are ready to grace your garden and help protect against bugs, bunnies, and deer, or just improve the view with their golden blossoms. 
 
The sturdy plants produce abundant, fully double, 2 1/2–3" blooms excellent for cut flowers and garden beds. Bold, uniform flowers are also useful for marigold garlands. Also known as African marigold, American marigold, and Aztec marigold.

• Edible Flowers: Use the flowers to dress up salads and desserts or cooked in egg or rice dishes. The flavor is floral with hints of citrus and spice, and slightly bitter. Remove the petals from the flower base before consuming as the base can be quite bitter.
